Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-05-07
OptiqOS is a business intelligence and operations platform operated by NaviPoint Technologies, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Vertis Group Inc (Delaware C Corp). This Privacy Policy describes what information OptiqOS collects, how we use it, with whom we share it, and the choices you have. It applies to optiq-os.com, app.optiq-os.com, and the OptiqOS application connected to your accounts via OAuth.
1. Information we collect
1.1 Information you provide
- Account profile (name, email, phone, company)
- Authentication credentials provided through OAuth grants from third-party platforms (Google, QuickBooks Online, GoHighLevel, Meta, etc.)
- Configuration choices, preferences, and notes you enter inside the app
1.2 Information accessed via connected services
When you connect a third-party account, OptiqOS retrieves data from that service on your behalf and stores a copy in our infrastructure for analytics, search, and reporting. The categories of data depend on the service connected — for example, financial transactions from QuickBooks, ad performance from Google Ads, contact records from a CRM, or messages and files from Google Workspace (see Section 5 below).
1.3 Usage information
We log basic application telemetry — page views, feature usage, error traces — to operate and improve the service. We do not run third-party advertising trackers in the application.
2. How we use information
- To provide the OptiqOS dashboards, automations, and reports you have configured
- To synchronize records between your connected services
- To respond to your support requests
- To detect, prevent, and respond to fraud and abuse
- To comply with legal obligations
3. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:
- Subprocessors we use to operate the service (cloud infrastructure, error monitoring, transactional email). A current list is available on request.
- Authorized recipients you direct us to share with — for example, a teammate you grant access to inside OptiqOS.
- Authorities when required by valid legal process.
4. Where data is stored
OptiqOS data is stored on Microsoft Azure infrastructure in the United States (East US 2 region). Secrets and credentials are stored in Azure Key Vault. Backups are encrypted at rest.
5. Use of Google API data
OptiqOS's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:
- We use Google user data solely to provide the user-facing features described in your OptiqOS account.
- We do not sell or transfer Google user data to third parties.
- We do not use Google user data for advertising.
- We do not use Google user data to develop, improve, or train generalized AI/ML models.
- Humans do not read your Google user data except (a) with your explicit consent for support, (b) for security or compliance investigations, or (c) where required by law.
5.1 Specific Google scopes and how we use them
- Gmail (
https://mail.google.com/) — to display your inbound emails alongside the related CRM record, to send replies you compose inside OptiqOS, to apply labels you configure for triage workflows, and to track sent-message history for performance reporting. - Drive (
auth/drive) — to surface documents associated with a customer / deal / property record inline in OptiqOS, to create folders and files when you initiate workflows that require them, and to write generated reports into your Drive. - Calendar (
auth/calendar) — to display upcoming meetings on your unified daily-overview dashboard, to create follow-up appointments from CRM workflows, and to reconcile attendees with CRM contacts. - Contacts (
auth/contacts) — to two-way sync Google Contacts with your CRM contact list, to update contact records when CRM lead information changes, and to suggest contact creation when a new email or meeting attendee is not yet in the CRM. - Profile / Email / OpenID — to identify you when you sign in.
6. Your choices
- Disconnect a service. You can revoke OAuth access at any time from your OptiqOS Connections page or from the third-party service's account settings (e.g. Google Account → Third-party access).
- Delete your account. Request deletion at [email protected]. We will delete your account, OAuth tokens, and synchronized data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
- Access and correction. You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it.
7. Retention
We retain account data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, we delete or de-identify personal data within 30 days, except for limited records we are required to keep for legal or accounting purposes.
8. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards: TLS in transit, encryption at rest, OAuth tokens stored in Azure Key Vault with restricted access policies, access logging, and least-privilege principles for the engineering team.
9. Children
OptiqOS is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
10. International users
OptiqOS is operated from the United States. By using the service from outside the U.S., you consent to having your data transferred to and processed in the U.S.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the application or via email. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
